Monday Morning Mindfull of Good Monthly Meet Up- these zoom meetups are on the first Monday of the Month, and are free to members of the Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine. Each class focuses on an aspect of "taking in the good", the teachings of Dr. Rick Hanson as well as yogic breathing and mantra sound healing.
